The comfort food cravings were real during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Shari's Restaurants, known for their mouthwatering pies, approached me with an exciting challenge: create a motion graphics campaign that would entice customers to indulge in their pies from home. However, the initial direction was fairly open-ended.
Whimsical animation and engaging storytelling became the cornerstones of the campaign. Through a series of heartwarming motion graphics, I aimed not just to showcase the delectable pies, but create an emotional connection with viewers. The focus shifted from simply advertising a product to offering a comforting escape during a challenging time.
